GTA V Might Have Speech Technology
Ever since Rockstar Games gave news of the Grand Theft Auto 5 since late last year, fans of the successful video game franchise have been interested with everything about the game. Details such as the release date, characters that may be featured, storyline and brand new graphics have already fueled a lot of excitement.
One aspect of the game that is being overlooked is the new speech technology. This is believed to be as equally important as that as the highly touted graphics of the game. With the MotionScan being already talked about and how it will likely be featured in the title, there are plenty of ways where the video game can look more life like with regards to the reaction of the characters.
A new technology dubbed as “Speech Graphics” could be an outstanding feature that is better than MotionScan since the advanced technology does not utilize a lot of space, which is a very big issue with users of the Xbox 360 console since it would not utilize a lot of discs as it would do with MotionScan. Developers of the Speech Graphics technology will be working closely with Rockstar to help incorporate the feature to the game.
While such modern technology is a complicated and complicated, the speech answer will certainly need a ton of muscle observation and tone analysis that ensures that the face of the characters matches that of the wording. Although there has yet been any sort of formal announcement of both establishing businesses having a collaboration, a current write-up exposed that Rockstar has been collaborating with a motion capture studio and it has begun the combination.
Gamers are wishing that such technologies and further aspects of the GTA V will definitely be unveiled next month at the Game Developer’s Conference as the technologies involving Speech Graphics will likely be showcased. If such technologies is involved, it will definitely show that they are one step ahead of its video clip gaming rivals.
